Hotel Conduct Policy

To ensure the comfort and safety of all of our guests, the following policies will be enforced:

  1. Hotel QUIET HOURS begin at 9:00 p.m. Loud noise, music, voices, horseplay, running in the corridors, high traffic in/out suites, and loitering are not permitted and can result in immediate eviction with no refund.
  2. Noise levels should be of acceptable level as judged by the Hotel’s other guests and Hotel Staff. If Hotel Management receives a noise complaint, one warning will be given. A second complaint will result in the room(s) being asked to leave the hotel with no refund.
  3. Food and Beverage brought in from an outside source must be consumed in the guest’s suite.
  4. Shoes and shirts are required in all public areas, except the pool area.
  5. The pool and outdoor spaces are for the use of REGISTERED hotel guests ONLY. No food or glass containers allowed. All minors (16 years and under) MUST BE accompanied by an adult (at least 18 years of age).
  6. A 10:00 p.m. curfew will be strictly enforced for all unaccompanied minors (17 years & under). Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult AT ALL TIMES.
  7. NO PLAYING WITH SPORTS EQUIPMENT IN THE HOTEL. Confiscation of equipment will be immediate.
  8. Any guests tampering with the hotel fire/emergency system will be subject to a $1,000 fine.
  9. The registered guest(s) of each suite is responsible for the behavior and actions of anyone in and visiting their suite, and must ensure their visitors abide by all hotel rules and regulations.
  10. No more than 6 guests are allowed in the hotel’s double bedded suites, 8 for the triple queens, and no more than 4 guests are allowed in the hotel’s king bedded suites, in accordance with State and Local Fire Ordinances. Additional per guest fees apply.
  11. The hotel reserves the right to visually inspect all guest rooms every 24 hours to ensure the well-being of our guests and confirm the condition of the room. The hotel has the right to refund any unused nights and request guest(s) to vacate for any disruption (involving law enforcement, drunkenness, suspected drug use, smells and disruption to other guests). Cases involving law enforcement will not be eligible for any refund.
  12. The use of confetti, glitter or silly string will result in a $250.00 cleaning fee.
  13. Due to high ceilings and fire suppression equipment, no floating or flying objects are permitted in the facility. A $100.00 balloon retrieval fee and any/ALL costs associated with the fire suppression system going into an alarm status will be incurred by such decorations or flying devices.
  14. IF you are found to have smoked in a non-smoking room, you will incur a $100.00 charge for each occurrence. Anyone found blocking air flow underneath door jams, covering or removing the smoke detectors will also be fined $100 per occurrence.
  15. Rooms will be inspected for any damaged or missing items upon departure. A list of fines will be provided upon request. This includes towels and bedding.
  16. It is the responsibility of the contract/conduct policy signee to distribute this information to all pertinent persons in their group.
  17. The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to your vehicles or its contents while parked in our lot. Any valuables are the responsibility of the guest to secure.
  18. Failure to disclose the correct number of guest(s) and pet(s) will incur a $100 fine.
