Hotel Conduct Policy
Any policy not followed after the initial warning can result in a fine:
- QUIET HOURS begin at 9:00 p.m. Loud noise, running in the corridors, high traffic, loitering and disturbances affecting the comfort of others are NOT permitted. Hotel Management will provide one warning. A second complaint will result in the room(s) being asked to leave the hotel with no refund and any equipment used to create that noise will be confiscated. Any time cops are required or disruption results in compensation to other guests, a $100 fine will be charged.
- Food and Beverage must be consumed in the guest’s suite. Shoes and shirts are required in all public areas, except the pool area.
- The pool and outdoor spaces are for REGISTERED guests ONLY. All minors (16 years and under) MUST BE accompanied by an adult (at least 18 years of age).
- A 10:00 p.m. curfew will be strictly enforced for all unaccompanied minors (17 years & under). Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult AT ALL TIMES. Doors should be locked/closed..
- Any guests tampering with the hotel fire/emergency system will be subject to a $500 fine.
- The registered guest(s) of each suite is responsible for the behavior and actions of anyone in and visiting their suite. Any unregistered guest are subject for removal. Failure to disclose the correct number of guest(s) and pet(s) will incur a $100 fine.
- Barking dogs cannot be left unattended. We will contact the guest about the issue; if no response, we will charge a $20 fee per 30 mins of barking as it continues, which will be used to compensate affected guests
- At any one time, no more than 6 people (both guest and visitors) are allowed in the hotel’s double bedded suites, 8 for the triple queens, and 4 in the king suites. This is in accordance with State and Local Fire Ordinances. This is separate from any additional per guest charges as marketed at the time of booking
- The hotel reserves the right to visually inspect all guest rooms every 24 hours to ensure the well-being of our guests and confirm the condition of the room. The hotel has the right to refund any unused nights and request guest(s) to vacate for any disruption (involving law enforcement, drunkenness, suspected drug use, smells and disruption to other guests). Cases involving law enforcement will NOT be eligible for any refund.
- The use of confetti, glitter or silly string will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Due to high ceilings and fire suppression equipment, no floating or flying objects are permitted in the facility. A $50 balloon retrieval fee and any/ALL costs associated with the fire suppression system going into an alarm will be incurred.
- If you are found to have smoked in a non-smoking room, you will incur a $100 charge for each occurrence. Anyone found blocking air flow underneath door jams, covering or removing the smoke detectors will also be fined $100 per occurrence.
- Rooms will be inspected for any damaged or missing items upon departure. Damages will be charged accordingly. This includes missing/damaged towels and bedding.
- The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to your vehicles or its contents while parked in our lot. Any valuables are the responsibility of the guest to secure.
- If the Heat or AC runs continuously while the hotel room window is open, you will incur a $100 fine after first warning
- Deep frying, grilling or any form of cooking inside any room without a full kitchen is not permitted.
Purpose of the Hotel Policy
The purpose of this policy is to make sure all our guests have a safe and comfortable stay. These rules help us prevent problems and handle issues quickly if they come up, so everyone can enjoy their time here without any hassles.
These rules also give us clear reasons to take action if someone is causing trouble. For example, if kids are too noisy, parents might promise to quiet them down. But instead of citing noise or the behavior of their kids, it’s easier to say they don’t have the right swimwear – it forces them out permanently unless they are willing to go to the store. It’s hard to argue about breaking a clear rule, like having too many people in a room or eating food where it’s not allowed.
By knowing the many rules, it gives you a lot of different points that could be used for enforcement. The rules are meant for mis-behaving guests. For folks who are not negatively impacting the guest or the hotel, it’s best to just do a warning at most. Again, the real purpose of the policy is to have “ammo” when dealing with problem people.
