For rooms with Smart TV, use FuboTV for live streaming channels. You are also welcomed to log into any streaming service (Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc) using your own account.

Stay Over Service

Please don’t hesitate to text us at 928-367-3161 and specify your room and any specific instructions. We rather not disturb our guests if they rather not be bothered, but if you want new towel exchange, trash service, clean up or any other services, please be sure and reach out!

Extended Stay Guest

Towel/Linen Exchange: $8
Full Cleaning: $15 (assumes room doesn’t have overabundance of trash, pet hair, etc)

Hotel Policy

To ensure the comfort and safety of all of our guests, the following policies will be enforced:

  1. Hotel QUIET HOURS begin at 9:00 p.m. Loud noise, music, voices, horseplay, running in the corridors, high traffic in/out suites, and loitering are not permitted and can result in immediate eviction with no refund.
  2. Noise levels should be of acceptable level as judged by the Hotel’s other guests and Hotel Staff. If Hotel Management receives a noise complaint, one warning will be given. A second complaint will result in the room(s) being asked to leave the hotel with no refund.
  3. Food and Beverage brought in from an outside source must be consumed in the guest’s suite.
  4. Shoes and shirts are required in all public areas, except the pool area.
  5. The pool and outdoor spaces are for the use of REGISTERED hotel guests ONLY. No food or glass containers allowed. All minors (16 years and under) MUST BE accompanied by an adult (at least 18 years of age).
  6. A 10:00 p.m. curfew will be strictly enforced for all unaccompanied minors (17 years & under). Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult AT ALL TIMES.
  7. NO PLAYING WITH SPORTS EQUIPMENT IN THE HOTEL. Confiscation of equipment will be immediate.
  8. Any guests tampering with the hotel fire/emergency system will be subject to a $1,000 fine.
  9. The registered guest(s) of each suite is responsible for the behavior and actions of anyone in and visiting their suite, and must ensure their visitors abide by all hotel rules and regulations.
  10. No more than 6 guests are allowed in the hotel’s double bedded suites, 8 for the triple queens, and no more than 4 guests are allowed in the hotel’s king bedded suites, in accordance with State and Local Fire Ordinances. Additional per guest fees apply.
  11. The hotel reserves the right to visually inspect all guest rooms every 24 hours to ensure the well-being of our guests and confirm the condition of the room. The hotel has the right to refund any unused nights and request guest(s) to vacate for any disruption (involving law enforcement, drunkenness, suspected drug use, smells and disruption to other guests). Cases involving law enforcement will not be eligible for any refund.
  12. The use of confetti, glitter or silly string will result in a $250.00 cleaning fee.
  13. Due to high ceilings and fire suppression equipment, no floating or flying objects are permitted in the facility. A $100.00 balloon retrieval fee and any/ALL costs associated with the fire suppression system going into an alarm status will be incurred by such decorations or flying devices.
  14. IF you are found to have smoked in a non-smoking room, you will incur a $100.00 charge for each occurrence. Anyone found blocking air flow underneath door jams, covering or removing the smoke detectors will also be fined $100 per occurrence.
  15. Rooms will be inspected for any damaged or missing items upon departure. A list of fines will be provided upon request. This includes towels and bedding.
  16. It is the responsibility of the contract/conduct policy signee to distribute this information to all pertinent persons in their group.
  17. The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to your vehicles or its contents while parked in our lot. Any valuables are the responsibility of the guest to secure.
  18. Failure to disclose the correct number of guest(s) and pet(s) will incur a $100 fine.

Amenities

  1. Laundry Services: Guest Laundry Located downstairs, across from room 108. Open from 8am-8pm.
  2. Quarters are available at front desk or simply text us. We can also provide wash/fold for $10 per load.
  3. Dog Kennel: Please get with our staff if you would like to take advantage of this FREE/Complimentary Service
  4. Walking Trails: Located at the back of the hotel, up the stairs, there are multiple walking trails to restaurants, post office, coffee houses and a shopping strip.
  5. Dumpster/Trash: Guest are welcome to utilize our dumpster for general trash during the duration of their stay. Located back of the hotel, up the exterior concrete steps.
  6. Pit Area: Great snow play area during winter, General sitting area under the trees in the summer.
  7. Full Kitchen: Based on availability and need to be scheduled ahead of time. Cost is $10/hour. Call front desk for more info.
  8. RV/Trailer Parking: $20 fee for large vehicles. Located in the gravel area on the back of the parking lot.

Pool/Spa

  1. Hours: 8am-8pm. If there is a big enough demand, can extend hours on Friday and Saturday nights.
  2. Must be in swimwear before entering pool or spa. Pool is heated to 83 degrees. Spa is heated to 100 degrees.
  3. No food or drinks are permitted in pool.
